Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

Membership is personal, non-transferable, annual, and non-refundable once activated. By registering you agree to these terms in full. Xclusive Yacht Club reserves the right to decline or terminate any membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Tiers

Preferred — Primary member only. No +1 included as standard. Additional guests permitted on select events at a fee.

Platinum — Primary member plus one +1 as standard at every event. Priority invitations and first access to capped or sold-out events.

Corporate — Multiple named seats as agreed at purchase. No-show policy applies to each seat holder individually. The primary account holder is responsible for all seat holders' compliance.

3. RSVP & Cancellation

RSVPs are binding upon confirmation. Each event states its own cancellation deadline. Where none is specified, the default is 24 hours prior to the event.

4. No-Show Policy

A no-show is recorded when a confirmed member fails to attend without cancelling within the stated window. This applies to all events — complimentary, paid, and partner. No-shows by a +1 or additional guest count against the primary member. Counts reset on 1 January each year. 3 no-shows in a calendar year results in automatic account suspension with no prior warning. Members may check their count via WhatsApp at any time.

5. Additional Guests

Preferred members may purchase guest access on select events where available. Platinum members may bring guests beyond their included +1 on select events, both at fees stated on the event page. All guests must comply with club conduct standards. Guest no-shows are recorded against the primary member.

6. Account Suspension

Suspended accounts lose all member benefits and booking access immediately. Reinstatement requires manual review and is not guaranteed. To request reinstatement contact the team via official channels. Membership fees are non-refundable upon suspension.

7. Event Cancellation by Xclusive Yacht Club

Xclusive Yacht Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event at any time at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to cancellations due to adverse weather, maritime authority restrictions, UAE law or regulatory requirements, force majeure, or any circumstance deemed outside of reasonable control. In such cases no refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to confirmed attendees. A cancelled event by Xclusive Yacht Club does not constitute a no-show against any member's record.

8. Conduct

Members and guests must treat staff, crew, and fellow members with respect at all times and follow all crew safety instructions. Xclusive Yacht Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately for conduct deemed inappropriate or damaging to the club's reputation.

9. Fees

All fees are inclusive of VAT. Membership is annual and non-refundable under any circumstances. Joining fees are waived at the club's discretion and may be reintroduced at any time.

10. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or the platform. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC courts of Dubai.
